Salon Policies

Our Cancellation Policy

All Deposits made at the Mia Wagner Salon that are canceled under 24 hours are non-refundable. If canceled for more than 24 hours you will receive your money back. Prior to booking your appointment, we do require your credit card information to ensure that this appointment is being kept. We understand that things do come up and delays can happen, and we do require that our clients give us a call at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule.

If you do cancel under 24 hours or a no-show, we will be charging your card 50% of the services that were booked.

Our Refund Policy

Mia Wagner Salon does not give out refunds.

As for our REDO policy, If you are not satisfied with your services, if you call within a week of your booked appointment, You are ensured a NO-CHARGE REDO service. We are more than happy to assist you.

Lost & Found

As for any LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED items we are solely not responsible. Please report any lost items immediately to Management that way it can be reported to our Lost and Found. Any unclaimed items after (60 days), After such time, the items will be assigned a final disposition.

Any individual making a request for a lost item must present a description of the item before it will be returned to them. If the item has no identification on it but the individual can describe it or open it (i.e. phone, tablet), the item will be returned once a transfer of ownership form has been completed.

Mia Wagner Salon accepts payments of cash, debit or credit cards, and checks.

Please note gratuity is cash, Venmo or Zelle only. All gift cards, and services and purchases are NON-refundable.
